This is the third time we have used Jonathan and the Gelderman team. As always he was straightforward about setting the best but reasonable price . He gave an estimate about how long before the property sold and was dead on. He was able to sell our property in 30 days, in a tough market, and just before Christmas. All other houses for sale in our area still for sale. He also found and completed the deal for my apartment with best advice.
